The BATFE has determined that the MAX-11A1/15 and the MAX-10/15 Upper Receivers are not a firearm! This letter is what we have been waiting on in order to start production on the new 5.56 Upper Receivers for the M-11A1 and M-10 SMG’s. Anyone who is already on the waiting list will get an e-mail about one month prior to when their Upper will be ready. This e-mail will require a response since we will be asking if you are still interested in the Upper Receiver. We do this for lists that are old to make sure we’re getting Uppers to people as fast as possible once they’re ready to ship. Since we had to wait a while to get a response from BATFE, the lists for these Uppers are now over 2 years old. A waiting list is still being formed for both Uppers.
