Shipping, Return Policies and Terms of Service:

Shipping:

We do our best to calculate accurate and fair shipping costs. Shipping cost is based on the total combined weight of your order. Occassionally you may encounter an unrealistic shipping cost due to an incorrect product weight or similar data entry error. If you believe the shipping cost is in error, please contact our Customer Service staff and they will manually calculate the least expensive shipping method for you.

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. We CAN ship to Post Offices Boxes and commercial addresses. We cannot ship to APO (Army Post Office) addresses as it is a U.S. Customs violation.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

PROCESSING TIME for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our facility. Most "in stock" orders ship 2-5 business days from the day the order is received.
If you have an urgent order please call us to see if we can accomodate your request. Please note that the shipping method you select does not determine the processing time of your order.


SHIPPING TIME is from when the item leaves our facility to when it arrives at your door. On average, USPS Priority Mail Delivery takes 2 to 4 BUSINESS Days. USPS First Class Mail averages 5-7 business days. UPS Ground delivery can take up to 6 days depending on proximity to Arizona.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING SHIPPING OF MAGAZINES

The following Cities, States or Provences have restrictions regarding the sale of high capacity gun magazines:
  • California
  • Colorado
  • Connecticut
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Maryland
  • Massachusetts
  • New Jersey
  • New York City
  • New York State
  • Ohio
  • Washington D.C.
We will not ship any magazines to the above listed destinations. It is your responsibility to insure that you follow all Federal, State, City or Local laws regarding the purchase and/or use of our products. If you place an on-line order with a shipping or billing address for any of these destinations, we will cancel your order, refund payment and notify you.

Returns:

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, contact one of our Customer Service Representatives by telephone at 480-219-8893, Monday through Friday from 9am to 3:30pm Arizona Time or EMAIL us and we will attempt to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, returns are accepted subject to the following guidelines:
  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE.
  • Shipping costs both ways are non-refundable. Orders that were shipped to you at no charge with a "Free Shipping" offer will have the cost of the original shipping deducted from the refund amount.
  • New items that have been used may not be returned unless defective.
  • Returns must include all accessories as shipped. Refunds will be adjusted for returns missing accessories, factory boxes etc. or may be returned to the customer at the customers expense, at our option. If you are keeping or have lost some of the pieces, please DO NOT return the item.
  • All returns must be prepaid. Insurance on returns is at your option and at your expense and risk. COD returns will NOT be accepted and the package will be returned to you.
  • Items marked Closeout or Blem, as well as Special Orders may not be returned and their sale is final.
  • Any damaged shipments must be reported to carrier immediately for proper claim handling
  • You must have a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any items.
You must notifiy Lage Manufacturing of your intention to return an item, prior to doing so. A Customer Service Representative will email you either an RMA number or the reason for an RMA denial.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel an order ONLY if you contact us prior to shipping. We ship 95% of all orders within 36 hours of being placed, so you must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Warranty:

Items Manufactured by Lage Manufacturing, L.L.C.:

Lage Manufacturing, L.L.C. products have been manufactured in a manner to insure it is defect free and durable. We will warranty all of our items against defects that have occurred in the manufacturing process, and through no fault of the customer, for a period of 90 days after date of delivery. If there is a problem with your item or service please contact us immediately to discuss. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidental, repairs or alterations outside our facilities or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. The above limitation of exclusion may be subject to state law and may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Items Manufactured by Any Other Manufacturer or Distributor:

We are not a warranty or repair provider for any other manufacturer or distributor. All warranty and repair service/replacements must be obtained from the manufacturer of the item directly. If you have a problem with your item, we will provide you with contact information for the manufacturer.

Terms of Service:

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the terms and conditions, located here: Terms and Conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
